Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 October 2026 · Last reviewed: 14 October 2026

This policy explains how Martinvic Agency (“we”) handles personal information when you use AI Studio. Please update this policy if the deployed product, providers or retention practices differ from these descriptions.

1. Information we collect

We may process your email address, account and authentication records, subscription and payment references, credit balances, support messages, project titles, prompts, uploaded reference images, generated outputs, provider job identifiers, usage and security logs, and API credentials you choose to store.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver video-generation workflows, store projects and outputs, process payments and entitlements, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not need your provider API secret to display it again after it has been saved.

3. AI providers and other recipients

When you request a generation, the relevant prompt and required media may be sent to the selected provider—such as xAI/Grok, Google Gemini/Veo or Kling—to fulfil the request. Provider processing is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices. Payments are handled by Paystack; hosting and email may be handled by service providers. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material unless you have assessed the relevant risks and permissions.

4. API credentials

API keys you connect are encrypted at rest by the application. Encryption does not eliminate all risk. Keep your keys private, rotate them if exposed, and remove them from settings when no longer needed. Provider-managed keys are held in server-side environment settings and should never be placed in client-side code.

5. Cookies and security

AI Studio uses an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in and may use essential security mechanisms. See the Cookies and Security Notice. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account, project, media and transaction information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, resolve disputes, enforce terms and meet legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and provider. Contact us to request account or content deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained by law. Before launch, publish the actual backup and media-deletion schedule.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to raise a complaint with a relevant data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

8. Children

AI Studio is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the service. Do not create an account if you are below the minimum age required by applicable law.

9. International processing and changes

Providers or infrastructure may process information in countries other than yours. We will update this policy when our practices change and identify the revised effective date.
