Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to AI Studio, operated by Martinvic Agency (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AI Studio.

1. The service

AI Studio provides tools to organise prompts, images, projects and requests for third-party AI video providers. Provider availability, models, supported settings, output quality and processing times may change. We do not guarantee a particular output, uninterrupted availability or that every generation will succeed.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide a valid email, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend access to investigate abuse, security incidents, non-payment or violations of these terms.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain rights you have in prompts, images and other materials you upload, subject to third-party rights and provider terms. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, releases and lawful basis to upload content and request its processing. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.

4. AI outputs

AI outputs can be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable law and any provider terms.

5. Credits, subscriptions and third-party charges

Studio credit packs and subscription entitlements are described at checkout. Platform-managed generation may deduct Studio credits according to the displayed price. If you connect your own API key, the relevant provider may charge you directly under its own terms; those charges are separate from Studio fees. Taxes, currency conversion and provider charges may apply where relevant.

6. Payments and cancellations

Payments are processed by Paystack or other checkout providers identified at payment. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals where supported; access and entitlements for an already paid period are handled according to the checkout terms. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, provider terms, and intellectual-property, privacy and publicity rights. Do not bypass security controls, abuse APIs, probe other accounts, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt the service.

8. Third-party services

AI Studio integrates with third-party AI, hosting, email and payment services. Those services are subject to their own availability, policies and terms. We are not responsible for their independent outages or policy decisions.

9. Availability, changes and termination

We may update or discontinue features, apply usage limits, or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or service operation. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or losses caused by third-party providers.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable laws of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact aistudeo@martinvic.com.ng with questions.
